DELIVERY

The shipping price is calculated depending on the area you are in.

Delivery times are:
AM (Monday—Saturday) — from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
PM (Monday-Friday) — 3-8 p.m.
Depending on the time in which you are placing the order, it is the option that will be given to you to select a shipping slot. Orders placed during AM hours may be delivered during PM hours of the same day.
Orders placed during PM hours may be delivered the next day.

The time ranges are approximate, but rest assured that we will try to deliver your arrangement as early as possible.

 

SPECIAL DATES

The following are considered special dates:

February 12-14
May 7-10
These days, due to high demand, the delivery schedule will be open and the order will be delivered during the day.

Regular prices may increase on special dates.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Because we work based on color and style palettes and depend on availability in the market, Casa Selva does not commit to using any specific flower or replicating previously made arrangements. The shades of the color palette may have slight variations.

The color palettes are subject to availability, if at the time of the order we do not have enough flower to make an arrangement with that palette, we will contact the client by phone and/or email to inform them and ask them to provide us with a new color palette. If there is no response, Casa Selva will select a color palette that is as similar as possible to the one originally selected.

 

SHIPPING INCIDENTS

It is the customer's commitment to provide complete and correct information and data requested when placing the order to avoid any failure or delay in delivery.

There are causes beyond our control due to which there could be an incident during delivery. If the person is not at the delivery address, an attempt will be made to leave them with a neighbor, co-worker, assistant, guard, etc.

The driver will not be able to wait more than 10 minutes at the delivery address for route organization reasons. We will notify your email of what happened so that you can organize it best for you. If it is not possible to leave the order with a neighbor, you will be contacted via email and the order will be returned to our workshop so that you can pick it up there or reschedule it for the next day with an extra cost as agreed. If we do not receive your response within 24 hours to reschedule the shipment, the order will be terminated without the possibility of monetary refund or exchange of any kind.

 

WARRANTY

The flowers we use at Casa Selva are of the highest quality, we make small purchases every day to guarantee their freshness. If your arrangement arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible by sending us photographs that show the nonconformity.
In the event that the damage is due to reasons attributable to Casa Selva, a discount coupon will be granted depending on each specific case. There are no refunds, only credit in favor to be used at a time that best suits the client.
The only reason coupons can be made is if the condition of the flower is not optimal and not because of the perception of the arrangement.

 

CHANGES TO THE ORDER

You will have a maximum period of 24 hours before the scheduled time of your delivery to make a change in the delivery date or address of your order.
In the event of a change of address, a recalculation of the shipping cost will be made and the amount must be paid before shipping. 

Once the arrangement is delivered, no changes or returns are accepted. If there is any non-conformity, contact us by email at shop@casaselva.mx so that the quality department can assess the situation.
